For several years we have a professional cleaning crew that provides us with high quality services for all our properties and rental accommodations. Of course, this service depends on the needs of the property and is discussed by mutual agreement.
Beginning rental cleaning: comprehensive cleaning of all rooms and terraces, bed linen and towels are changed and washed, ready for new tenants, thorough check that all household appliances and electrical equipment are ready for use and plants watered (if applicable).
Interim cleaning – Upon request, the following can be done during the owner’s or tenant’s stay: cleaning, dust removal, washing and drying, changing sheets, changing towels, .
Drop off/pick up, washing and delivery of bedding and towels.
If you prefer to always use your own linens and towels, we will send them to the dry cleaner/launderette for cleaning. If you prefer to have your linens and towels washed, dried and ironed in your home by our cleaning crew, this can of course be arranged and the normal hourly cleaning fee will be charged.

For more complex reparations, we work with a small team of technicians from electricians, plumbers, carpenters, air conditioning specialists, TV specialists to upholsterers and construction specialists.
