We fully organize your inspection trip to the Costa Del Sol. During a telephone conversation or appointment at the office of one of our partners in Belgium, we select together with you the projects you are interested in. After making a refined selection, we are happy to plan your inspection trip to the sunny Costa Del Sol.
Together we look at the best flights to Malaga Airport (AGP) on the most suitable date for both parties. The inspection trip we propose has a time duration of 3 days (2 nights) **. In principle we plan this only on weekdays because we also depend on the opening hours of the developers and show flats. If wanted, we can also introduce you to local speciaists for legal advice and/or financial institutions.
You will get a full picture of what is possible and you will be guided personally and individually where we also give the necessary attention to the fiscal and legal matters as well as inform you about the application for mortgage loans at the bank in Spain. You can absolutely can count on our guides with all your questions, they themselves have been living in the region for years and have many years of experience in the real estate sector.
We never put pressure on our clients. After all, we don’t like being pressured either. Spending the necessary time exchanging information is extremely important for finding the right property that meets your criteria. Tip; Before you come to Spain to look at properties you need to have your financing in place. When you have found the perfect property you don’t want to run the risk of it being sold when you finally have an answer from your financial advisor 3 weeks later. Our team can get initial approval from a Spanish bank for a mortgage even before you come to Spain. With the initial approval in your pocket, you are free to book your dream home of choice!
A not unimportant detail… Spain is not only nice because of its climate and sun but also the safest place in the EU to stay. History teaches us that Spain has always been quite independent and never directly involved in WWI or WWII. So should the wars (Ukraine – Russia) or (Israel – Palestine) escalate further, Spain is a perfect solution. Unlike popular sunny islands such as Tenerife, Mallorca, Ibiza etc, Spain is not an island (where you are 100% dependent on a plane or ferry boat) and it is perfectly possible to return to Belgium by car (or vice versa) if necessary.
(*) The flight costs -after approval by us- (outward and return flight, max 2 persons and 2 nights excluding catering) will be refunded by us 100% if you decide to buy the property (within one month after the viewing). For an existing property, our contribution to your travel expenses and overnight stays is between 50% and 100% depending on the purchase price. Ask for more information.
(**) It is perfectly possible to stay a few days longer or to come with an extra person (child or pet). We always reimburse the 2 person flights and 2 nights at the time of purchase (at the latest within a month after the viewing), the additional days and/or extra people you have to pay yourself.
Day 1: When you come on your inspection trip, we provide transportation (*) to and from Malaga airport (AGP). After a short introduction at the airport, depending on the time of arrival, we will either go and see the first projects immediately or we will bring you to your accommodation where we will pick you up the next day after breakfast. We will gladly give you some tips for a visit to a nice local restaurant or bar to round off your first day.
Day 2: On day 2 we will discuss any comments or remarks you may have on the projects you have visited or we will do the first viewings if not done on day 1. If desired, we will visit more properties or organize a possible second visit to one or more projects you prefer.
For all your financial and administrative questions, we are happy to take you to our multilingual counselor who will help you in a familiar way and give you more advice on a property purchase in Spain. At this stage we assist you thoroughly because, after all, this is about an important decision. In the evening, you are left to enjoy the beautiful climate of Spain and have time to go over the advantages or any slightly lesser points for all projects.
Day 3: On the last day, you may make the (best) decision of your life and together we will reserve your dream home! With a nice conversation and a toast to your new happiness, we successfully conclude your three-day search. We organize your departure from your apartment or hotel to the airport. This way, when you get home, you can share the great news with your family and friends – your dream home under the Spanish sun!
(*) Most people choose to take their own rental car at Malaga airport as it gives them much more freedom (movements, trips etc). Of course, we can help you book a rental car at the best price-quality ratio. However, this rental has to be paid by yourself.
